Terms & Conditions

1. The promoter is Dalby Shoppingworld, 17-67 Cunningham Street, DALBY QLD 4405.

2. Employees of Dalby Shoppingworld Centre Management, McConaghy Group or Staff of any Stores within Dalby Shoppingworld shall not be permitted to enter the competition.

3. The promotion commences when the first clue is posted at 9:30am on Monday 31st March 2025 and will conclude when the final winner finds the hidden envelope on April 4th 2025.

4. To enter, customers must scan the QR code on advertising within Dalby Shoppingworld, social media platforms or by visiting Dalbyshoppingworld.com.au to view the clue. They can then use this clue to search within Dalby Shoppingworld for the hidden envelope.

5. This is an in-Centre promotion only and will run between 9:30am - 5pm daily.

6. The envelope can be hidden anywhere within Dalby Shoppingworld, including Tenancies.

7. When found, the envelope must be taken to Centre Management to claim the official Double Pass tickets.

8. Each double pass is valid for 2 x Adults to enter on 1 chosen day of Dalby Show 2025.

9. Winners understand that by participating in this promotion, they agree to their names being posted online to promote the tickets have been found for the day.

10. Prizes are available for collection immediately upon finding the lucky envelope and claiming via Centre Management during office hours.

11. If tickets are not found on any given day, the prize will roll over to the next day E.g. Tickets not found on Monday will be added to Tuesday—prize 2 x double passes.

12. Winners must use the tickets for Dalby 2025 show only. Not valid for any other year.

13. Tickets are non-transferrable or redeemable for cash.

14. Winners must display identification to Centre Management staff during office hours and sign a prize collection declaration upon collection.

15. Participants must be over 18 years of age to sign collection declaration.

16. The promoter may deny a free gift if the terms and conditions have not been met by the customer.

17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
