Agressive, disruptive or abusive behaviour, including bad language will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will result in being asked to leave immediately. 

- If you or your children are unwell, please respect the safety of our staff and others around you. Contact us to re-book your session. (e.g Runny Noses, Cough, temperatures etc.)

- Children must have a parent or guardian present at all times. 

- Children aged 5 and under must have assistance from a parent or guardian at all times.

- I understand this activity may include the use of supplies not suitable for some children without parental guidance. I agree to supervise my child/ren at all times while using this equipment.

- One Activity per child only. Must be completed on site.

- Multiple bookings on alternate days for one child may result in cancellation of all bookings.

- If you are 10 minutes or more late, your booking may be cancelled and offered to the next child/ren on the wait list or walk-in.

Plans changed and can't make it? That's totally OK! 

We understand circumstances change, we just ask that you please let us know so we can open your spot to allow another child/ren the opportunity to enjoy the activity. (Our activities are generally booked up pretty quickly)

*Dalby Shoppingworld cannot guarantee any change of date requests if activities are at full capacity.

To ensure fairness amongst all and avoid multiple no shows, any person/s booked in to activities at our Centre that are unable to attend but fail to contact Dalby Shoppingworld to advise of your absence, will be documented - Multiple no shows for free activities will result in a booking exclusion period of 6 months. Excluded persons will be unable to book or attend any activities during this time.
